On July 13th, 2016, Barley Mac Executive Chef Mike Cordero will be at The Olive Oil Boom in Arlington for an exclusive cooking demonstration. He will be using the store’s special oils and vinegars to show attendees how to make our popular caramelized Brussel Sprouts with crispy pancetta and garlic. Guests will also enjoy an extra special treat, receiving wine and a 15% discount for purchases with their reservation.
